Alon Alperovitz
Alon Alperovitz is an organisational psychologist and culture strategist who helps organisations evolve without losing their identity. He partners with senior leaders to embed culture strategies that drive performance, resilience, and meaningful change. With a background in behavioural science and a passion for leadership development, Alon has led major transformation programmes across financial services, consumer brands, scale-ups, and mission-driven organisations. He combines rigour and creativity using coaching, data, and behavioural insight to shift mindsets, align stakeholders, and translate purpose into everyday practices. Alon speaks English and Hebrew.

Eliat Aram
Dr Eliat Aram is CEO of the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations (TIHR) and an IoD Chartered Director. A senior OD consultant, she designs and leads whole-system change, culture and leadership programmes for organisations such as Devon & Cornwall Police, ASML, Virtusa and UK Health & Social Care, and advises media institutions including the BBC and The Guardian on diversity and conflict. Her approach integrates Tavistock Group Relations, systems-psychodynamics and Gestalt thinking to help organisations act under pressure and sustain transformation. She directs TIHR’s annual ‘Leicester conference’, has grown Group Relations internationally, co-founded TIHR’s Supervision Certificate, and co-directs the Dynamics at Board Level programme. Eliat speaks English and Hebrew.

Coreene Archer
Coreene Archer is the Director of Coaching Leadership Course which she has delivered since 2015. She is an Organisation Consultant and Executive coach at the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations, and has worked with them since 2006. Coreene has a strong interest in identity and how that helps or hinders leadership and organisational life and what remains unsaid in groups teams and organisations. Coreene is a trained consultant, supervisor and executive coach. She has Masters in Group Dynamics and postgraduate qualifications in executive coaching, leadership and supervision. Coreene is currently working towards a PhD.

Milda Autukaitė
Milda is organizational psychologist, group relations consultant with more than 20 years of experience in various HR leadership roles in the financial sector. She has been working as a member of various management teams for more than 10 years. As a Head of HR Milda was developing various leadership programmes, designing organisational development interventions, and running various scale projects in very different economical cycles and stages of organisational development.
In her work as a Principal Consultant, she is passionate about deploying her leadership and managerial experience and psychodynamic systemic way of thinking to support managers in different roles and help organizations thrive.
Milda speaks English, Lithuanian and Russian.
Jean Cooper
Dr Jean Henry Cooper is an organisational psychologist and founder of TILT, The Institute for Leadership and Transformation. Over the past 25 years he has consulted on high stakes change, culture and leadership development projects across various sectors, and have taught on post-graduate programmes in South Africa and abroad. Jean developed Sophia, an AI thinking partner for leaders and organisational consultants, and he is currently probing the dynamics of AI–human interaction. He designs leadership programmes within African wilderness settings. In 2023 he rode a motorcycle through Africa, a journey that informed his forthcoming book on individuation, resilience and Africa as teacher of human dynamics. He collaborates with the Tavistock Institute on Group Relations Conferences internationally. Jean speaks English and Afrikaans.

Lennox E. Joseph
Dr. Lennox Edmund Joseph is an educator, executive coach, trainer, and OD strategist who worked as the OD/OE Advisor of The World Bank (DC, USA), and President / CEO of NTL Institute (VA, USA). His academic background (BA, PhD) is in social psychology, management, and organizational behavior, and development.
With over thirty-five years’ experience in coaching, consulting, training, and education, he is recognized for forging new frontiers in organizational cultures, creating relevant and inspiring work identities, and enhancing the “managerial mind” of systems.
Dr. Joseph’s extensive client consulting includes Bao Steel Co. (China), Bosch and Virtusa (India), PNB (Malaysia), NUS and Singapore Airlines (Singapore), Petrotrin, The Iron and Steel Co. and The Judiciary of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago,(Trinidad and Tobago), and Ameritech Publishing, BankBoston, and Intel (USA). Lennox speaks English and intermediate French.

Thembi Kgengwenyane
Thembi Kgengwenyane, founder of Heart Space HR Consulting, has 17 years’ experience in OD and team interventions. Trained in Psychology and Industrial Psychology, she is a certified Analytic Network Coach with extensive Group Relations training. She served on the IGSPO board (SIOPSA, 2022–2024) and advises organisations on excellence, diversity and change. Thembi designs D&I programmes and has convened events including the Employment Equity, Diversity & Transformation Summit and the Robben Island Diversity Experience; she also consults to the annual GIBS Group Relations event. A former judge for national D&I awards, she publishes on unconscious bias. Thembi speaks English, Setswana, Sepedi and some Zulu and Shangaan.

Henriëtte Malherbe
Dr Henriëtte Malherbe is an executive coach, psychologist and organisational behaviour specialist, and Executive Fellow at the University of Reading and Henley Business School. She partners with senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams to surface avoided issues, make sense of complex contexts, and deliver systemic, role-aligned change. Informed by Complexity Science and Systems Psychodynamics, her approach blends curiosity with rigour to build accountability, purpose and learning. Over 22 years she has coached executives and C-suites across sectors, including Microsoft, Dell, De Beers, Johnson & Johnson, Investec, Standard Bank, Woolworths and PepsiCo. She works across public and private sectors and is fluent in Afrikaans and English, with basic Mandarin.

Mónica Rocío Velarde Lazarte
Dr. Mónica Rocío Velarde Lazarte is a socioanalyst, psychologist, and organizational consultant integrating psychoanalytic insight, systems thinking, and ethical imagination. A Professional Partner of the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations, she is founder of Socioanalytic Practice and co-founder of The Territory and Wild Thoughts UK.
Dr. Velarde specializes in culturally adapted Group Relations Conferences across finance, government, energy, and health sectors, with a focus on organizational development and virtual innovation. Rooted in the Tavistock tradition, her work emphasizes field theory, intersubjectivity, and the evolving dynamics of authority and leadership.
She is currently leading projects at the intersection of systems transformation, social justice, and relational change. Monica speaks English, Spanish and French.
Haritha Sarma
Haritha Sarma brings over 25 years of experience helping organisations and leaders navigate change with clarity and purpose. As an organisation development consultant, leadership coach, and gender and diversity trainer, he has partnered with community-based groups, networks, and international agencies to strengthen vision, strategy, and teamwork. Haritha has been part of group relations conferences in India, Central Asia and the UK, exploring conscious and unconscious dynamics in organisations. He is an associate member of Group Relations India. Passionate about social justice and equity, he strives to create empowering spaces where individuals and teams connect their inner potential with real-world challenges to drive meaningful transformations. Haritha speaks English, Kannada, Telugu, Hindi and has an understanding of Tamil.
