About TILT
The Institute for Leadership and Transformation (TILT) was founded in 2015 to assist leaders who want to radically increase their organisations’ performance culture. We don’t focus on culture because it’s nice. We focus on culture because it’s the key to high performance and excellence.
However, there’s more to culture than meets the eye. So we work with the hidden, often unconscious, dynamics that affect people when they organise themselves to achieve goals. This is hard work and demands courage from leaders and teams alike. The courage to look within and become aware of their own contribution to those aspects of their company culture that frustrate them the most.
This is why this work is not for everyone: we don’t sell packages or quick-fixes. We partner with leaders willing to confront the difficult questions within themselves. And, in so doing, open up the possibility for their teams and organisations to also become self-reflective. Relentless in their pursuit of excellence towards the primary task of the organisation.
We work in close association with the UK-based Tavistock Institute of Human Relations (TIHR), who has been pioneering this work since the 1950’s.
