An online workshop over three consecutive days
Next workshop to be presented: 3 - 5 November 2021
Background
In taking up a leadership role, organisational consultants, coaches and leaders are often confronted with powerful resistance within themselves as well as amongst their clients and followers. If mistakenly diagnosed, their efforts to lead change may cause sabotage or misdirection. To be effective organisational change agents and leaders, knowledge is required of the dynamic complexities of taking up a leadership role amidst change, of the many hidden, sometimes unconscious, drivers of group, organisational and systemic behaviour, and how these play out and are amplified in organisational systems. This programme provides opportunities to be enabled to utilise organisational role consultation as a containing space to explore and transform the systemic dynamics affecting leadership and change.
Who should attend?
Are you courageous and ambitious for your organisation or your career? This programme is specifically aimed at experienced organisational development and change consultants, coaches and leaders, who are responsible for leading their clients and their organisations through uncertain futures. Programme participants will represent a diversity of cultural and professional backgrounds, client bases, industries and sectors. Participants will have proven experience of leading organisations, plus be able to demonstrate a willingness and a curiosity to explore more deeply the role of dynamics – their own, the groups’ and organisations’ of which they are members – in organisational and systemic change processes.
