An online workshop over three consecutive days
Next workshop to be presented: (dates to be advised)
Background
The module is designed to enable board members, senior leaders, executives, managers, professional and technical specialists and anyone involved in organisational or systemic change, to make sense of and work effectively with the dynamics of change. Change leaders are often confronted with powerful resistances which, if mistakenly diagnosed, may lead to their efforts being sabotaged or misdirected. To be effective leaders and organisational change agents, knowledge is required of the dynamic complexities of change, of the many hidden, sometimes unconscious, drivers of group, organisational and systemic behaviour and how these play out and are amplified in organisational systems. This module provides opportunities for organisational leaders to increase their knowledge, and hence their effectiveness, in leading their organisations’ change imperatives.
Who should attend?
This module is specifically aimed at senior leaders and experienced organisational development and change consultants who are responsible for leading their organisations into uncertain futures. Participants of the Programme will be drawn from a diversity of cultural and professional backgrounds, client bases, industries and sectors. Participants will have proven experience of leading organizations, plus be able to demonstrate a willingness and a curiosity to explore more deeply the role of dynamics in organisational and systemic change processes.
