Organisational consultation
We assist leaders to create robust teams and organisations. Our approach is not to offer quick fixes, but to assist our Clients to bring about lasting change. We work on multiple systemic levels (individual, team, organisation) whilst keeping the system-as-a-whole, within its context, in mind. We are mostly requested to consult on the following:
- Executives, EXCO teams and Boards wanting to explore and improve their functioning;
- Organisation Development (OD) directors and teams wanting to reflect on and/or enhance their impact in the organisation;
- Organisational culture change;
- Organisational design;
- Alignment between Strategy and Operations.

Leaders who contact us for organisational consultancy or executive coaching usually have a natural desire to reflect on and continuously improve the impact they are having on their teams or organisations. They have a scepticism towards off-the-shelf 'solutions' and understand that profound change and radical improvement require courage, curiosity and commitment to the process even though it may be uncomfortable at times. In this light, we work with leaders from both government and business organisations, non-profits and educational institutions, ranging from medium-sized family operations to multi-national corporations or national state-owned enterprises.
